Ranked by total deposits collected on qualifying work orders. No judges, no voting.
How you score.
Your score is the total of deposits collected on work orders you create in CoatingOS during the window. That's the whole rulebook.
- A work order created in CoatingOS between Oct 1 and Oct 31
- A deposit on that work order inside the window — paid online, or entered by hand for cash, check or Venmo
- The deposit amount — every deposit you collect adds to your total
- Work orders created before Oct 1, even if the deposit lands later
- Deposits never recorded in CoatingOS — they can't be tracked
- The job total, invoices or final payments. Only the deposit is scored
A week into the window you quote a $6,800 garage floor, book it in CoatingOS and collect a $1,500 deposit. Your score goes up $1,500. The job total, the invoice and the install date don't change that — only the deposit is scored.

Any work order created in CoatingOS between October 1 - October 31, 2026 with a deposit recorded on it in that same window — paid online through CoatingOS, or entered by hand for cash, check or Venmo. The deposit amount is your score — the job doesn't need to be invoiced or completed. Hand-entered deposits are verified before winners are announced.
The three contractors with the highest total deposits collected on qualifying work orders win $2,500 / $1,500 / $1,000. No judges, no voting — just the numbers in CoatingOS.
We plan to announce them on November 7, 2026, by email and on our social channels, once the top finishers' deposits are verified. The top 3 are featured in our newsletter.
By check or ACH transfer within 7 business days after the winner is verified and returns a completed IRS Form W-9.
